    b. Financial Overview Form (Download Word.doc Download Financial Overview Form*) (Download PDF Download Financial Services Guide*)

  3. Keep the Financial Services Guide for your records, as it explains who is providing you with financial advice. This is a document we must provide to you by law.

  4. Return the completed Financial Overview Form by email, post or fax, at least 24 hours before your Initial Appointment. This is to allow us to do some preparation for your appointment to maximise our time together.

  5. At the start of our meeting, after broadly understanding your current financial position and objectives, we will explain to you the various services which we can provide you and their cost. You will then be able to determine which service will be of most benefit to you. You will then be required to complete an Initial Service Agreement. This agreement will specify on what basis we are proceeding and the costs of proceeding. You will then be required to sign this completed form as a commitment to paying the agreed fee for the initial service.

  6. Where written advice is required, it will be provided to you at a future plan presentation meeting, which is usually around 2 weeks after the signing of the Initial Service Agreement.

  7. After the plan presentation meeting should you require ongoing service, then an Ongoing Service Agreement will be completed at the appropriate time, specifying the ongoing service to be provided and the cost of providing that service.
    a. Ongoing Service Agreement (Download PDFDownload Ongoing Service Agreement*)

  8. Payment by cash (including EFT), cheque, money order, Funds Transfer or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) will be required within 7 days of the advice appointment.
